Fulbright COMEXUS grant

The Seattle Community Colleges received a Fulbright COMEXUS Linkage Grant 2004-2005
to develop an International Classroom Linkage and provide teacher training with the Colegio
De Postgraduados in Texacoco, Mexico. Omar Manuelian, Director of the North Seattle Institute
of English, is coordinating this grant.
