Hints and Help

If you're having trouble accessing your records or have any questions regarding these services, please read the following information

1. This web based information site is for currently and previously enrolled students at our colleges or institutions.
2. Web Services hours are 5 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.
3. During the beginning and end of each quarter we experience abnormally high volumes of traffic. If you receive a Server Unavailable or a Page Cannot be Displayed message, please try again at a time when the volume of users may be less. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
4. If you were denied access to your records there may be a valid reason.
   Some of them are:
   • did you try during the hours the kiosk is available?
   • some records have "holds" on them depending on the students situation
   • students with outstanding debts cannot access their records
   • if you attended one of our colleges several years ago, you may need order your records by mail or in person as a signature of release is required.
5. Warning! It is important to exit the browser completely when you are finished with the Kiosk. This is to protect the privacy of your records.
